Do you offer 30-day accounts or credit?
No. We do not offer credit terms. Trade Accounts are quote-only. You’ll receive a formal quote and pay on acceptance. This keeps pricing sharp and stock moving fast.
How long does a quote stay valid?
Typically 7–30 days depending on stock and supplier lead times. If you’re working to a tender date, tell us and we’ll note it on the quote.
Can I get volume pricing or a team kit?
Yes. Include quantities, preferred brands, and the type of work (service, install, commissioning, IAQ). We’ll suggest a value-packed bundle and volume options.
What payment methods do you accept?
Card and bank transfer (EFT). Orders are booked and dispatched once payment clears. Remittance advice helps us speed up processing.
Can you source items not shown online?
Often, yes. Add brand, model, and quantity in the quote form. If there’s an equivalent tool that ships faster, we’ll include it as an option.
Do you provide GST tax invoices and warranty support?
Absolutely. Every paid order receives a GST tax invoice. Warranty is per manufacturer policy, and we’ll help with troubleshooting and claims if anything goes wrong.
What info should I include for the best quote?

Can I add my purchase order number?

Most stocked items dispatch in 1–3 business days. Special orders and bulky instruments may require supplier lead time—if timing is tight, tell us and we’ll prioritise options that meet your window.
