Order Confirmation
An order confirmation email and tax invoice will be sent once your order is successfully placed. This confirms we’ve received your order and pre-authorised your payment method. If you don’t see the email, please check your spam folder or contact us.
We dispatch orders in 1-2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays). When your order is ready to ship, we’ll capture payment and arrange delivery.
If an item is on backorder or unavailable, we’ll void the pre-authorisation and notify you via email.
Please ensure the shipping address at checkout is correct. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to address errors. If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, a re-delivery fee will apply.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)
Flat-rate shipping $18.00 per order up to 5 kg. For orders over 5 kg, contact us for a custom freight quote.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking within 24 hours of dispatch. If you haven’t received shipping confirmation within 6 business days of placing your order, please contact us for an update.

International Shipping
For deliveries outside Australia, contact us for a custom shipping quote. International customers are responsible for any import duties and taxes levied by their country.
Damaged or Faulty Items
Please inspect your order on arrival. Items should be of acceptable quality and match the description provided.
If your parcel arrives damaged:

We’ll lodge an insurance claim and resolve with repair, replacement, or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Cancellation Policy
Orders cancelled after 24 hours may incur a $20 administration fee, whether or not the order has shipped.
If your order has already been dispatched, you’ll be responsible for return freight costs.
Returns & Exchanges
Change-of-Mind (Standard): Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused, in original sealed packaging, and includes all accessories. Change-of-mind returns receive a store credit (excluding shipping). Customer pays return shipping. A 10% restocking fee applies for incorrectly ordered items.
Change-of-Mind with Purchase Protection: If you purchased our optional Purchase Protection, your return window extends to 60 days and you may choose a refund to the original payment method instead of store credit (exclusions: consumables, custom orders). Customer pays return shipping unless otherwise stated in the protection plan.
Note: Our 7-day change-of-mind period is separate from our 14-day Dead-on-Arrival (DOA) window.
Refund Conditions (ACL)
You are entitled to a remedy if a product: 
✔️ Is faulty or not of acceptable quality 
✔️ Does not match the description 
✔️ Is not fit for the intended purpose
Faulty items may be returned for inspection under the manufacturer’s warranty. Depending on the assessment, a repair, replacement, or refund will be provided in line with ACL.
Return Authorisation (RMA)
Please obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) before sending any item back. Email hvactradesupply.com.au@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable). We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.
Return shipping is covered by HVAC Trade Supply if the product is confirmed faulty or not as described. Keep your shipping receipt for reimbursement. For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping.
🚫 We do not cover labour costs for installation or repairs. 
🚫 Please do not send returns to our mailing address—wait for RMA instructions and the correct return address.
Warranty Policy
All HVAC & Refrigeration tools include a manufacturer’s warranty.
- Minimum warranty: 12 months (excludes consumables such as filters, gaskets, leads, batteries, fuses, sensors, cases, etc.)
- Some products may carry up to a 24-month warranty
🚨 Misuse or accidental damage is not covered. 
🚨 Wear and tear is not eligible for exchange or refund.
Please complete any warranty registration provided with your product and submit it to the manufacturer as instructed.
Pricing, Taxes & Errors
All prices are in AUD and include GST unless stated otherwise.
We strive for accuracy; however, in case of a pricing error:
- If a listing price is incorrect due to a typographical or system error, we may cancel the order prior to dispatch.
- If your order was processed at the incorrect price, we’ll contact you so you can proceed at the correct price or receive a full refund.
- If we can’t reach you within 7 days, the order may be cancelled and refunded.

HVAC Trade Supply is not liable for injuries caused by product misuse. Always follow the manufacturer’s instructions and safety guidance.
