Order Confirmation
An order confirmation email and invoice will be sent once your order is successfully placed. This means we have received your order and pre-authorized your payment method. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder or contact us for confirmation.
We process orders within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). If your order is available and ready for dispatch, we will process the charges and arrange the delivery of your order.
If an item in your order is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and notify you via email.
Please ensure the correct shipping address is entered upon checkout. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to address errors. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, a re-delivery fee will apply.

DELIVERY POLICY
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We offer flat-rate shipping of $18.00 per order for packages up to 5kg. Additional costs apply for orders over 5kg—contact us for a shipping quotation.

A shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse. If you do not receive shipping confirmation within 6 business days, contact us for an update.

International Shipping
For shipping outside Australia, contact us for a custom shipping quotation.
Customers are responsible for any import taxes or duties applicable in their country.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS
We recommend inspecting your order upon arrival. Items should be of acceptable quality and match the description provided.
If you receive a damaged item, please:
✔️ Note it when signing for delivery.
✔️ Contact us immediately with photos of the damage at hvactradesupply@gmail.com.
We will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders cancelled after 24 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not the order has been shipped.
If your order has already been dispatched, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
HVAC Trade Supply accepts returns or exchanges for change of mind if:
✅ The item is returned within 7 days of receipt.
✅ The item is unused, in original sealed packaging, with all accessories included.
✅ A valid invoice is provided as proof of purchase.
If you wish to return an item, you must cover all associated shipping charges. A 10% restocking fee applies for incorrectly ordered items.
Refund Conditions
A customer is eligible for a refund if the product:
✔️ Is faulty or not of acceptable quality.
✔️ Does not match the description provided.
✔️ Is not fit for its intended purpose.
If you receive a defective product, you can return it for inspection under the manufacturer’s warranty. The manufacturer will determine if a replacement, repair, or refund is applicable under Australian Consumer Law.
Return Authorization
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required before sending back any product. Contact us at hvactradesupply@gmail.com to obtain an RMA.
Return shipping costs will be covered by HVAC Trade Supply if the product is confirmed to be faulty. Please keep shipping receipts for reimbursement.
🚫 We do not cover labor fees for product installation or repairs.
🚫 Do not send returns to our mailing address—contact us first for the correct return instructions.
PERSONAL INJURY DISCLAIMER
HVAC Trade Supply is not liable for any injuries caused by product misuse. Always refer to the instruction manual before use.
PRICING ERRORS POLICY
We strive for accurate pricing, but in case of an error:
- If an item is incorrectly priced due to a typo or system glitch, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
- If your order is processed at the incorrect price, we will contact you. You may choose to proceed at the correct price or receive a full refund.
- If we cannot reach you within 7 days, the order may be automatically cancelled and refunded.
WARRANTY POLICY
All HVAC & Refrigeration tools come with a manufacturer’s warranty.
- Minimum warranty: 1 year (excluding consumables such as filters, gaskets, leads, batteries, fuses, sensors, cases, etc.).
- Some products may have up to a 2-year warranty.
🚨 Misuse or accidental damage is NOT covered under warranty.
🚨 Wear and tear is NOT eligible for exchanges or refunds.
Please complete any warranty registration forms upon receiving your product and send them to the manufacturer.
